Kerry Chikarovski is the founder and director of Chikarovski & Associates, a leading government relations consultancy helping organisations shape policy, navigate bureaucracy, and build meaningful relationships across the political spectrum.
Kerry made history as the first woman to lead a major political party in New South Wales, serving as Leader of the NSW Liberal Party from 1999 to 2002. During her parliamentary career, her ministerial and shadow portfolios spanned consumer affairs, women’s affairs, industrial relations, and infrastructure, giving her a broad and practical understanding of the policy landscape.
After leaving politics, Kerry founded her consultancy in response to growing demand from businesses and organisations seeking help navigating government. Today, she is recognised for her strategic insight, cross-party relationships, and ability to translate political complexity into real-world outcomes.
Kerry also holds a range of board and advisory positions, reflecting her commitment to public service and community. Her passion for sport is evident through her ongoing role with NSW Women’s Rugby Union, and her former engagement with the NSW Waratahs Rugby Union. Her previous board positions included Adopt Change, Our Watch, and the Humpty Dumpty Foundation.
