A major firm aimed to deliver a transformative private infrastructure project in inner-city Sydney, requiring SEARs approval. We guided them through the engagement process, developed a comprehensive strategic plan, and facilitated meetings with key stakeholders, including the local community. As a result, the project secured approval and is now under construction.

An Australian cybersecurity company needed to build trust with regulators and government stakeholders. We developed an engagement roadmap, secured meetings with federal digital economy officials, and positioned the client as a contributor to national innovation goals.
